He is a writer for The Guardian and has a weekly column called ‘This Column Will Change Your Life’ where he writes about; social psychology, self-help culture, productivity and the science of happiness. He’s interviewed everyone from Jerry Seinfeld, Al Gore, Eckhart Tolle, 50 Cent and Malcolm Gladwell among many others.
